  • What are some features you want to add in the future?
    We would like to add more ship types, more customisation options, more weapons, controller support, extra language options, etc… We also love hearing suggestions from the community. Feel free to suggest stuff you would like to see in Blazing Sails via our Discord!

    We sure do! You can find it here.
  • Am I allowed to stream or record and share footage of the game?
    You are allowed to record and share any and all footage of the game. Please do keep in mind and mention Blazing Sails is still in Early Access. So, you could encounter some bugs or other issues.
  • Are you currently looking for voice actors, or other people to help?"
    Not at the moment.
  • How do I get more pirate and ship cosmetics?
    By playing of course ye’ silly scallywag!
  • Can I play Blazing Sails on PC only?
    For the moment, yes. We want to focus all our attention on our Early Access Steam edition first.
  • I played the game and I received 2 of the same items. Is this normal?
    Yes, duplicates are possible. We’ll add a way to exchange them in the near future.
  • Your game looks like that other pirate game. What is different?
    Blazing Sails also is a stylised pirate game. Gameplay-wise Blazing Sails has many differences. Our pirate game focusses entirely on fast-paced PVP action. Blazing Sails contains 20+ unique weapons, private servers, a fully customisable character and ship, ship upgrades (wheel upgrades, capstan upgrades, cannon upgrades) and much more. There are of course many other differences in the overall feel of the game.
  • I heard you guys hand out free keys on Discord, is this still a thing?"
    No, that was back in the day when we were still testing our game before our Early Access launch. Now you’ll have to buy the game on Steam in order to play.
